PHILOSOPHY

The dairy “Caseificio Sociale Val di Fiemme Cavalese” is a co-operative whose decades-old activity is based on the production of cow's-milk and goat's-milk cheeses, with the use of natural and traditional methods both in the processing and in the maturing phases. 

Products

All the cheeses of our dairy are natural, produced using only MILK, SALT AND RENNET, following strict regulations, starting from the rigorously non-GMO animal feed.
